- The measurement visit fee will be waived upon successful placement of an order. If no order is placed, the 200 INR fee is non-refundable.
#### Installation Services
- Installation services are available for customers who purchase wallpapers from us. Our professional team will handle the installation process to ensure high-quality results.
- The cost of installation services will be provided at the time of order placement and may vary based on the complexity and size of the installation area.
- It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the installation area is ready and accessible at the scheduled time. Any delays or additional costs incurred due to unprepared areas will be the customer's responsibility.
#### Returns and Refunds
- We accept returns of unused and undamaged products within 14 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Customized products and those that have been installed are not eligible for return or refund.
- In the event of a defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange for a return, exchange, or refund.
- Refunds will be processed using the original payment method and may take up to 14 business days.
